Pinnacle Charities is organized exclusively for charitable purposes - educational, scientific, and charitable- and the making of monetary distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501(c)(3) of the IRS Code. Pinnacle will conduct events or cooperate with other organizations to produce and manage such events to generate funds for exempt organizations. Our primary mission will be to support organizations involved in promoting better health outcomes for patients and to support the family and caregivers of those patients.
